WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE LIGHT COLLECTIVE MEMBERSHIP?
The Light Collective Membership is the primary way for you to access the majority of our online classes and practices. Currently we have over 60 practices available for our members and this number is growing every week. We also include exclusive access to exclusive Live events, such as Live Full Moon Yoga, Women’s Circles and Satsang. We will continue to bring you more and more content as we expand our offerings.
I’M HAVING ISSUES WITH COOKIES AND CAN’T ACCESS THE MEMBERSHIP. HELP!

HOW DO I EASILY ACCESS MY MEMBERSHIP PAGE?
Head to https://www.thelightcollective.yoga/, add it to your bookmarks bar.
At the top right and bottom right there is a button that will say “Your Account” or if you aren’t logged in it will say “Login.” (See Below)

3. Then, under Plans select which program you wish to access. In this case it will be The Light Collective Membership Some people will have multiple trainings and memberships with us. (See below)

4. You will then be directed to the membership home page which has complete access to the practices.
IS THE MENTORSHIP MASTER TRAINING INCLUDED IN THE LIGHT COLLECTIVE MEMBERSHIP?
No. All of our online trainings and yoga teacher trainings are separate.
ARE LIVE STREAMED PRACTICES INCLUDED IN THE LIGHT COLLECTIVE MEMBERSHIP?
Yes! We are excited to provide exclusive online streaming content to our members. For those who wish to access online streaming and not join The Light Collective Membership, we may also from time to time offer one off pricing for live streaming events.
I’M A MEMBER- CAN I ACCESS THE LIVE STREAM CONTENT INDEFINITELY?
Depending on the event. The Deep Breathe Live Stream Practices will be available to you indefinitely (as opposed to non-members who will only have access for 48 hours.) Live Full Moon Practices will only be available for 48 hours as they are time specific and aren’t as relevant after this time. However there are Full Moon Practices you can access at any time that aren’t Live.
We find that the best time to do these practices is at the Live Stream time if possible. The group energy and the time structure helps you to stay focussed.
HOW DOES BILLING WORK WITH THE LIGHT COLLECTIVE MEMBERSHIP?
Your billing amount comes out every month. The date of your billing depends on the date you sign up. For example if you purchased a membership on the 15th of the month, you could expect this amount to come out every month on the 15th- this may be slightly later if the date is on a weekend.
If you want to cancel before the end of the month, ensure you do it before your next billing cycle, know the date it comes out, as we don’t supply refunds. All payments are processed automatically through an external membership system.
UH OH! I DIDN’T ADD THE COUPON CODE FOR MY DISCOUNT- CAN YOU ADD IT FOR ME?
Unfortunately No. Once you have signed up we can’t change the plan, even from our end. The billing cycle happens every month, so we recommend you cancel just before the your next bill date and sign up again with the coupon code for the next month!
IS THERE A MINIMUM SIGN UP PERIOD?
CAN I CANCEL AT ANY TIME?
Yes. You will need to cancel online, we don’t cancel for you.
Step 1: At the bottom of the Light Collective Membership main page you will find a Cancellations option

Step 3: Cancel the Membership you wish to cancel
